Our honeymoon
5/5 Wonderful area close tonall of downtown but far enough away to be quiet and nice cozy spot. Loved how aetup the place was. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A Wilmington College Visit
5/5 The condo was perfect and just what we needed for a college visit with our daughter and her friend. The two bedrooms felt roomy with four of us in the condo. The welcome binder provided a lot of information and there was parking available, which is one of the reasons I chose this specific condo. We frequented the coffee shop across the street and the pub with live music on Friday night. I highly recommend this condo and if our daughter ends up at UNC Wilmington, it will be a frequent rental of ours.

Clean and pretty
5/5 This was a great place to stay when traveling with young children. The room with two beds was perfectly comfortable for them, and the king sized bed was great for us. It was very clean and the kitchen/eating/living room area had a nice flow. Everything was a quick car ride away. We enjoyed it.
