4/5 The house and property are gorgeous, comfortable, and clean. However the outside hot tub jets did not work. The check in time is 3 pm but we were not allowed to check in until 4. Despite these two issues, our stay was wonderful and we do intend on booking another vacation here.

Hi Tammy, we want our guests to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, and we’re glad to hear you had a nice stay overall. The cleaners mentioned that you arrived before the scheduled check-in time, and the previous guests had just departed, which may explain the overlap. The home was fully cleaned and ready by 2 PM. Regarding the hot tub, we haven’t heard about any issues recently, but it’s possible the jets needed to be reopened if they were closed by a previous guest—we’ll definitely check on that to make sure it’s good to go for future visitors.
