2/5 The home didn't seem cleaned upon arrival. Had to plunge both upstairs toilets. Front porch had goat poop everywhere. Both BBQ Grills Were dirty and moldy. The Hot Tub was dirty; the sauna didn't work. All the lights in Kitchen and Dining room flickered off and on the whole stay. We found hair in the beds and had to wash them before sleeping in them. The Hot Tub got cleaned by Monday night. "I Paid way too much for all this. " Not a Happy Camper "!!

We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We’ve addressed the cleaning issues with our team and are actively looking for a new service to ensure the home is properly prepared moving forward.
- We’re sorry the outdoor areas and grills weren’t in better condition—these have been cleaned, and we’re putting better upkeep practices in place.
- We’ve taken care of the hot tub and are checking the sauna to see what repairs may be needed.
- We’re inspecting the lights in the kitchen and dining area, and we believe some overloaded bulbs may have caused the flickering. The plumbing is also being looked at to ensure everything’s working as it should.

5/5 Such a wonderful week in Waynesville, NC! The house was perfect! The perfect size & location! Perfectly outfitted with everything we needed! Perfect hot tub, sauna and fire pit! The property manager was AWESOME! Responded quickly to our questions; very very helpful! Plan to book again!

Excellent Stay…secluded and comfortable
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quite and beautiful. Beds were comfortable (but might want to bring your own pillow). Fairly close to Smoking Mountains entrance and Waynesville had some great restaurants. Great experience!
