  The majority of the visit was great. We were there with my family of 4 and grandma. We had enough space to be comfortable, great area to store coats, boots and shoes. Quiet condo location. Very close to Sugar Mountain, easy walk without gear, a bit far with gear. Shuttle was a great idea in theory, but only runs holidays/weekends. King bed was a little more firm than our preferences, but not horrible. In the review of the listing online, our plan was for the kids to take the bunk room, and grandma would stay in the game room. Turns out the "game room" is actually a tiny loft without any doors and without any games. Luckily with the trundle both kids could sleep there without much trouble, and grandma only hit her head on the bunk bed once. Check in was a little weird - we received one e-mail from Evolve, with directions to contact another property manager, who then did not respond to my first email (although it was New Years). She did respond promptly to the second email. Biggest frustration was check out - directions were to take the trash 1.5 miles away to a county trash center. When we arrived the trash center is not only closed on Sundays, but also limited to residents of the county.

  The house was not cleaned very well. I had to clean the upstairs bathroom as the sink had toothpaste residue in it and the shower had blue soap gel still. The bed in the master bedroom was as hard as bricks and very uncomfortable. We actually left a day early due to the inability to sleep well in the bed.

  Owners response: Hello Allison, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  "The first renters of the condo had some minor complaints and none other until now. When Traci went to provide you with more towels she would have been happy to address any cleanliness issues you had. You did not mention any of these issues to either of us.
  While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. All the mattresses in the condo were replaced in September - October of 2021 with Serta memory foam mattresses. To my knowledge, no one has complained about any of the new mattresses.
  Had you given Traci or me any feedback while you were at my home we would have done what we could to accommodate?
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"
