    Terrific property. The agent was great but the evolve communication system with verification codes was cumbersome and didn’t work. No dishwasher pods or plastic trash can liners.

    We also appreciate your note regarding dishwasher pods and trash can liners. These items should have been stocked by the management team before your arrival, and we’ve already addressed this with them to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

    A beautiful home. We arrived to a dirty back porch, and a broken fire pit. Couldn’t use either! Management sent a cleaning crew, and a handyman, but was uneasy to use the fire pit due to broken gas knob. Never found or had instructions to find community center for amenities which description made them sound close! Not! Disappointing! Walk to lake is VERY steep. Would be helpful if owner supplied instructions how to set thermostats, and use TV’s. No cable so need your own sign in for streaming. They have Samsung Plus (free and LOUSY!) TV. Would think they would provide cable. The inside home is lovely, clean, and kitchen well stocked. Could tell family owned with pride. If instructions were provided for pool location,a ‘how to’for amenities, thermostats, TV usage, it would have made our visit easier! GPS sent us past house onto dirt road too!

    From the Owner: 'Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I’m glad you found the inside of the home clean, stocked, and welcoming, I’m very sorry other aspects of your stay fell short.

    I do want to clarify that our home is professionally managed by Evolve and their local partners, who are responsible for cleaning, preparing, and maintaining the property before each guest’s arrival. We’ll be working with them closely to ensure the porch and fire pit are properly serviced so future guests don’t encounter the same issues.

    Just before your stay, we had a brand-new TV installed. Unfortunately, the management team didn’t load our Hulu and YouTube TV accounts at setup, which understandably caused frustration. This will be corrected so guests won’t need to bring their own logins unless they prefer.

    We also appreciate your comments about instructions for the thermostat, TVs, and community amenities. The guest guide should have clear directions and helpful tips."

    All was good except issues with TV streaming service on one day of football watching. Not sure of the source of the TV connection problem but it was fine the next day. Hosts were good in quick replying to our questions and difficulties.
