Weekend Retreat
3/5 Key was not in lockbox upon arrival. Contacted owner/ housekeeper no response so contacted management company and received response from owner 45 minutes after arrival on how to gain entry to house and received urgent email from management company the following day to confirm we gained entry.
The following was communicated to owner and management company upon departure.
I used to clean vacation homes and you should be aware of the following issues with the house:
The house and porch could use a good cleaning
Rat droppings in linen drawer in kitchen
Ants in kitchen and in kitchen trashcan which we washed and put in garage
No dish soap
Limited hand soap
No dishwasher soap
Used travel toiletry items
No trash bags and no trash bags in trash cans in bathroom
Shower curtain moldy
Water filter in refrigerator needs to be changed
Carbon monoxide alarm battery dead
The bathroom rugs should be replaced or cleaned, and rugs in general need a good cleaning
Dining room chairs have nails sticking out
Drain in upstairs bathroom on right sink is closed. Note 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms upstairs.
Fireplace did not work
It should be noted that the outdoor pictures of the deck is misleading. The furniture is not as pictured but view was still enjoyable.
The house should be rented with the necessary items to assist with keeping it clean throughout the stay.

Gorgeous home with spectacular views!
5/5 I highly recommend this home for a relaxing stay in sapphire. Very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! The best part is the view from the deck.

Beautiful home
4/5 Beautiful home stocked with everything you need for a great stay. My only complaint is the communication. I emailed and texted the property manager a week before my stay with an important issue and never got a response. The home was clean but the coffee maker had old grounds in it and I had to empty the full dishwasher. I was also stung by a wasp that was in the kitchen. The location is absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. Decorated very tastefully
