5/5 Check in was easy- house was very clean- perfect for a couple or small family- with a small dog(they even have a dog door for those bringing their furbaby(we did not) - golf cart was wonky the breaks take some getting used to it is older but it worked great for us- The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom fell off, right when we got there, It was missing a screw.- there is no regular toaster however there is a toaster oven- ice machine in freezer works great- washer and dryer worked good.. the lights took a little getting used to because they are touch digital-We do wish there had been different chairs on the front porch with a small table. They have the tall patio chairs, which are not that comfortable for enjoying the outdoors- communication with property management was amazing. Quick to respond very helpful and polite. Beds were comfortable- Our stay was amazing- We love OKI- definitely would stay there again- I did take photos at time of checkout(I always do to send to owner/property manager.

5/5 This home was perfect. The thought put into keeping the pups safe is so appreciated. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The home was clean, and the inside had been updated very well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Great Place!
5/5 Nice clean house with a well-stocked kitchen! We enjoyed use of the golf cart, the charcoal grill, and the big TV with options to stream when we needed a break from the sun. We were able to find three workable beach chairs in the shed outside—at least one was broken. And we ended up buying our own boogie board because all four in the shed were broken. It’s a good thing we had our own beach towels too, because there were none at the house. Aside from the need to clean out the shed and update the beach equipment, we have no suggestions for improvement! We had a great time and it was so nice to bring our dog!

Long weekend in Oak Island
