Country cabin charter
5/5 This was our second stay here so that should tell everyone how much we enjoyed it. Close to town, shopping and dining. We being out motorcycle to see the beautiful fall foliag in the mountains!

Murphy Stay
3/5 Very nice place & surroundings...we have stayed here before but not in the hot summer...and the a/c did not
work. Wouldn't mind staying here again, preferably in the fall or winter.

Hi Gloria, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the home and the surroundings, but we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark. After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- Our cleaning person confirmed the A/C was working during the cleaning that morning of check-in
- We had an A/C technician out within hours of being notified about the issue. Unfortunately, the first repair attempt did not resolve the problem
- After the first technician's second visit, we brought in another specialist, who ultimately fixed the A/C
- Despite these unforeseen issues, we were diligent in our efforts to resolve the situation as quickly as possible during your stay
