5/5 We had the best time! The cottage is exactly as pictured, actually better than pictured! The property is absolutely breathtaking. Getting to watch the wild turkeys, deer, cows, bunnies, woodchuck, unique butterflies, and a precious surprise at the barn- the cutest donkey! The pond is a perfect, quick walk, and you get a show of nature along the way! My husband and I celebrated our 12th Wedding Anniversary here, and started looking at dates to plan to return the 2nd night we were here We cannot wait to come back!Everything in the house is placed so thoughtfully and the whole vibe is relaxing and recharging. The stream beside the house is perfect, so calming and beautiful. We played cards by a warm fire, with an almost-full moon and made cherished core-memories(along with s'mores) We also played cards and had a "picnic" down at the pond one afternoon, just watching the cows graze... The bathroom is wonderful, the bed is comfy, the porch is so nice and spacious- and the hot tub is perfect!!! Everything was so clean, and owner answered right away with questions! We couldn't have had a better time, and am counting down the days to our next visit to the cutest, perfectly quaint, Honeycutt Cottage!!! 100/100 stars!

No complaints!
4/5 Used little gem as landing spot for a few days of hiking around Asheville. Everything is as advertised, small and nothing fancy but exceedingly clean and comfortable. King size bed was a welcome addition as was the hot tub. Great for unwinding after a long day. The best part was the wild life pretty much right outside any window or porch at all times and a rushing stream you could hear with the windows open. So peaceful! Overall great value for the affordable price.
