  We had such a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back! The house was perfect for our family of 8, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable without ever feeling crowded. It was also so well decorated and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved how dog-friendly the property was, which made traveling with our pups so easy!

  The walk to the beach was super easy and convenient, and having 8 beach chairs provided was such a nice touch and one less thing we had to worry about bringing. We also loved being able to ride bikes around the area and spend time on the screened-in porch, sitting out there listening to the thunderstorms was one of our favorite parts of the trip!

  The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals at the house, and overall the property really had everything we could have asked for for a relaxing family beach vacation. We had the best week and are already looking forward to coming back!

  We had a wonderful stay here! The home is beautiful. Great views and plenty of space for a family to enjoy a vacation. Plenty of amenities, impressive game collection too! Great location with a walk to the beach. Hot tub and Elevator are a plus! Process was easy from start to finish.

  “Legit” was the description my son used walking into the home! Everything was clean and functional! Truly had a wonderful week! Bikes were used, board games were played, meals were prepared! Every inch of every space was used and enjoyed!

• Our new happy place

  Having stayed oceanfront on our last several trips to the Outer Banks, we thought we’d give this house a try and are so glad we did! We found that being back from the beach a couple blocks offered both quiet and privacy not found on the high-traffic beach roads. Great views from the 3rd floor. Beach access is a breeze – 5-minute walk through the scenic neighborhood, 3-minute bike ride using the bikes provided, or a quick drive to the designated parking area using the provided pass.

  The amenities are superb! Linens and towels, well-supplied kitchen, amazing game selection, hot tub, exercise equipment, dog run, etc. Anything needed was thought of by the owners.

  The home was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated with both new and elements from the prior house on this property. The elevator is great for bringing up luggage and groceries. Nestled in a peaceful, serene setting while close to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The perfect getaway! This place is absolutely perfect in all respects.
