  Place was in great location but not well equipped. For example only one trash bag supplied for a very small kitchen trash can. Only soft washcloths to scrub dirty pots & pans, no steel wool. After looking for an outlet in king bedroom, was left aghast at how incredibly filthy the baseboards were behind bed. The couches are so densely covered in dog fur, it doesn’t appear they’ve ever been vacuumed. The coffee table & side tables were coated in dog fur under the glass tops. The windows in living room were saturated in dog nose prints and dog drool. Even the beverage coasters were saturated in an unknown film of funkiness. All the previous reviews lauded about the cleanliness of the place so we were truly baffled & disappointed.The kitchen & bathrooms were clean but there are many areas being skipped. However, bed linens & towels super fresh and clean. This is our second time renting a beach house that was quite dirty so we were quite disappointed.

  - We’re sorry that some areas of the home didn’t meet your expectations for cleanliness. While the kitchen and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned between each stay, we’ll ensure that the baseboards, furniture, and windows are more closely inspected and addressed during future turnovers.
  - The couches and tables will also receive extra attention to remove any pet hair or debris, and we’ll remind the cleaning team to check beneath and around all surfaces, including the glass coffee and side tables.
  - As noted in our check-in information, we provide a starter supply of essentials like trash bags and paper products. Guests are welcome to bring additional supplies if needed.
  - We’ve shared your feedback with the cleaning team to ensure these areas are improved for future guests.

• Best Fall Break Ever

  We have stayed in this home before. You are on the 2nd row but you can see the ocean from the home. Also it has a private access right at the house, just cross the street and you are only steps from having your toes in the sand. There are 2 showers that have to be shared. (One shower is super small) This house is great for a family, and you can take your dog with you. The home is very clean. The best feature is the beds are already made when you get there, and you don't have to take it apart when you leave. If you are looking for a great get away this is the home you want. Side note, we found our best great white shark tooth ever, right in front of our walkway down at the water.

  We enjoyed our stay at this charming little house at Holden Beach. This home was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed the easy beach access, it was also very quiet even though we were right on thr main road. The layout of the home was very spacious and well thought out. The decor was very comfortable and beach friendly. Loves enjoying the nice breeze on the front deck.

  Really liked the house, kids loved it, house is in great shape, relaxing, great views with really great amenities. Property management company communicates well and is very responsive. Would definitely stay again / recommend to family/friends. We give it an A+!
