  This by far was my favorite VRBO rental I have ever booked. The house was perfect for our family get together. The place is so beautifully decorated and everything in the house is well thought out and top quality. The place is very clean and organized. We can't wait to return.

• Another fantastic Labor Day Weekend

  We come to the Hiawasee River each year. As our family has grown we’ve needed a bigger house and Sweetwater Bluff did not disappoint. We all had plenty of room for together time and even room to separate. The adult kids and my grandson thoroughly the game room.

  The home was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The stairs to the river were daunting for some, but we made it work just fine. The added bonus was coming home with buns of steel. lol

  House was comfortable, well stocked and clean. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. The basement was a huge hit with the kids, they loved the various game tables and bunk bed room. We would definitely stay here again.

  What a beautiful and fun weekend at this "sweet" home on the water! We traveled with friends, 3 families total with teens and everyone had a blast! We tubed from a park down the road, right to the property which was about a 20 min float. It was fabulous! Looking forward to coming back in the fall!

• Wedding Day Delight

  This property was everything and more. We rented for two days for a wedding at Brasstown Valley. Three couples and two singles. The place was clean well decorated and offered pleasant surprises around every corner. So many places to sit and enjoy nature and the river, including outdoor and screened in porch, as well as a prepared firepit. And the game room had EVERYTHING. We had a small rehearsal dinner there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Master Bedroom was out of this world amazing. Perfect for Groomsmen staging area.Everyone that was there wants to go back.
