CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- If you have moved any furniture or belongings, please place them back in their original places
- Remove all trash from the home and place (in bags) in the exterior trash bins
- Please remove all food/drinks from the refrigerator/cabinets
- Load and run the dishwasher
- Leave used beds unmade
- Start a load of towels in the washer machine
- Check throughout the house (including under beds, in the drawers, and around all electrical outlets) for any personal items (Please note that if you do leave something behind, we cannot assume responsibility for it. If you leave something behind and let us know, we will try to locate it and make arrangements to have it shipped to you, though shipping costs are your responsibility)
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Check that the gas grill is off
- Set climate system to (winter: heat at 55 degrees; summer: A/C at 80 degrees)
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
