Great Stay
5/5 We attended the D3 NCAA championship games, and the home was very nice and convenient to the Greensboro Aquatic Center. In addition, the neighborhood was a great place to walk in the evenings.

Beautiful home but chilly
4/5 We instantly fell in love with this home. It was spacious, and had a great layout. The bedrooms are gorgeous the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice cozy fireplace that heats the living room. But the rest of the home was cold. It was to cold for my 85 year old mother in law and we have to leave and get a hotel room for the remainder of our stay. I informed the owner who is very responsive and tried to get the home heated but we felt it was best to take her to somewhere we knew she'd be warm. I can't say enough about great the owner was and how beautiful this home is. We would have loved to stay but couldn't. thw rest of the home was

From the Owner: "This was a wonderful and gracious family here for a funeral of a loved one. It was a bitterly cold week in Greensboro with an average of 27-degree highs during those days. Guests set the thermostat at 81 degrees to accommodate one guest, but the system, of course, could not keep up. I tried to keep it at 75 but could not achieve that with such cold temps. 72 was achieved, but the guests had already moved to a hotel. I am sorry we could not accommodate the need due to the extreme cold. My apologies again."
Family get together
4/5 This property was perfect for our visit to the area. We had a family reunion and they lived within walking distance. Would definitely book this house again in the future

Great stay to visit family in Greensboro
5/5 The property manager is friendly and helpful, and the house was very clean! The house had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard was great for our toddler! We'd absolutely stay here again.
