Home needs a deep cleaning..
3/5 Nice home & floorplan, however these items are a big issue:
Very dirty, blinds/windows not cleaned full of dirt & dust,
HVAC vents in ceiling full of dust
kitchen needs help: not stocked for cooking-no pots/pans, only 1 small skillet..broken microware handle, very dirty oven....
Walls in living area -upper & ceiling are full of soot from fireplace (gas-not wood)
outside patio & furniture: messy & dirty-
no extra pillows or blankets
no bathroom/shower supplies-bring your own body wash, shampoo
TV remotes in living area need to be checked-LG remote-not working properly
Overall: home needs a very deep clean, & kitchen restocked & deep cleaned..

- When you mentioned the cleanliness concerns, our cleaners offered to return but didn’t hear back. Some dust may have settled between bookings, but we’ll ensure a more thorough prep before each stay.
- We were unaware that some kitchen essentials were missing, and we’ll be restocking pots, pans, and any missing linens.
- We weren’t aware of any issues with the microwave handle, and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
- We take the accuracy of our listing seriously and do not advertise toiletries as being provided, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard.
