1/5 I was not able to stay her due to it being filthy they did get somebody over there to clean three days later. By then I requested a full refund and ended up staying in a hotel.

- The home was cleaned prior to arrival, and when concerns were raised, an additional cleaner was sent promptly to re-clean and address the reported items.
- After the follow-up cleaning was completed, all concerns had been resolved.
- The reservation remained active, and no cancellation was requested prior to the decision to stay elsewhere.
