2/5 First, I want everyone to know this is a fantastic location if you have business in Fayetteville near the mall area. Fantastic!I’m not sure that this owner was prepared to have guests. The entrance to the basement space is treacherous at night. The combination digital lock was also difficult to use with a lack of lighting on the back of this dwelling. I didn’t mind that the furnishings look like used items from thrift or older pieces of furniture. What I minded was the presence of white mildew in the sleeper sofas. There was also some jenky extension cords and old lamp wiring that were concerning.It was impossible to try to walk to the Lakeside and the pool was not ready for guests and probably won’t be without a lot of work to the pool and fencing.I waited several months to leave this review because I wanted to give them an opportunity to get more ratings.I don’t think I’m going to be using VRBO anymore.

2/5 The place was clean. Could have had an additional blanket. Dishwasher did not work. The most frustrating part is that I felt it was misrepresented for the dock and lake. When you step out the door you are blasted with a total mess of a pool yard. It was a filthy mess and very undesirable to look at. Getting to the dock was messy challenge if overgrown weeds. The benches were rotten with trashed cushions. The dock and gazebo was filled with spiderwebs. It was a disgusting mess and totally misrepresented.
