Great weekend in Durham!
5/5 Tom and Sarah’s house was cozy and comfortable. They were kind enough to let us get in early. They were very responsive the only time we needed them, when we set off the alarm. So were the Durham police officers. It was spotless and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for four adults to spread out. We walked to restaurants (if you get a chance, try Juju’s) and it was a short Uber to Wallace Wade Stadium. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, perfect escape from the heat
5/5 This wonderful home was the perfect location for exploring Duke and Durham by foot, and relaxing and recovering from the heat. The hosts were super responsive. We are looking forward to our next trip to Durham, and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location, great place to cool down and recover from summer heat
5/5 We spent a great week exploring Duke/Durham, Raleigh and Chapel Hill using this nice, clean, comfortable home as our home base. Wonderful location for walking in all directions, to downtown, historic neighborhoods and the Duke campus. With soaring temperatures it was great to return to a cool home with especially nice showers plus ample lounging for the 4 of us and our occasional visiting family members.
