3/5 This is a nice house overall and is in a good location in the NoDa district, however there is a lot to be desired regarding the care and cleaning. Toilets were not cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, and there was clutter in cabinets and under beds. Why am I being charged a cleaning fee when there is hardly any cleaning being done? That said, with the proper setup and maintenance, this could be a good rental property.

5/5 The room layouts, bed rooms and den suited our needs. We dined out; so we did not really use the kitchen. Bath towels were lacking in quality and some smelled sour.
