We loved the house and location. Plenty of space and comfortable living spaces. Brenda our customer service manager was very helpful, friendly and more than willing to help 120%.

The house is Large, that was nice. When we arrived there were some areas not cleaned very well & the heat was not working,(we didn'trealize this untilit started getting much colder in the evening). There is Hot Spot for internet but directions on that were not very clear & we could not make it work so we drove back down to where we had phone service & called the "contact person" listed,(she was very nice!) & she was able to walk us through it somewhat. I did discuss w her the areas that were not cleaned also. I went back & cleaned counters, fridge & tables w clorox wipes . We were able to get some TV but 1 of the remotes she mentioned was missing & there was no remote for the 3rd floor bedroom TV either. We did reach back out to our contact person again about the heat & missing remotes so hopefully this will be corrected.

-We sincerely apologize that the home's cleanliness fell short of expectations. We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests so we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
-We have two warranted and properly working HVAC units and we can confirm both units have been working as they should. The first HVAC unit serves the first floor of the house with a thermostat control in the living area. The second HVAC unit serves the second and third
floors of the house with a thermostat located at the stairway between floor two and floor three. We recognized you were experiencing issues with operating the unit and walked you through a basic tutorial by telephone on how to operate an HVAC thermostat.
-We wish you would have taken our offer to send the cleaning team back to address your concerns, as they would have been happy to help.
-Regarding the TV remote that was missing, housekeeping found it after your departure on the TV table area where it is typically left. There is a bonus large, flat-screen TV in the third-floor master bedroom that is just for DVD movies only and is not connected to the Direct TV System. There is no remote for it as there are no channel changes needed, just on and off switches which are on the TV or the DVD player.
