Adventurous location
3/5 You really need to be adventurous to appreciate this Cabin in the Woods. It was very beautiful and immaculate and the amenities are wonderful however it was too adventurous for us it didn't even want to go back down the mountain for any reason. The drive up is impossible in anything but a four-wheel drive and even then is so steep you feel like you're going to fall backwards and the hair pins turns only add more Adventure to the 20 minute drive up the mountain. It is a great adventure for those willing to rough it up the mountain but I wouldn't book this location again. If you do book I go to the grocery before you get to the cabin because you aren't going to want to track up and down no matter what vehicle you're in.

Great weekend getaway!
5/5 Loved the property. Kitchen was well stocked, cabin was clean and bedrooms were spaced out great.
Some reviews say 4x4 is required, but we made it up in a truck with no 4x4 the day after it . Dont let that scare you away!
The only downside i can think of is the hot tub didnt have a cover loft on it. This would be impossible for girls to lift the civer back on. Ither than that it was excellent!

If you love adventure
5/5 The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed it. Very clean and the view is gorgeous! We loved the fire pit and the black stone grill was amazing! But if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle to get you there do not even attempt to rent this cabin. We had to push my parent suv out of the drive way two times. The way there and back is very steep. Thank goodness there was a tractor there this morning to help us.
