3/5 The grass needed to be cut. There were spider webs all over the railing. The hot tub was cloudy. The internet did not work until the last night we were there. Had to email the property manager 3 times to get it to work. The towels were thin and dingy. The shower floor and walls were dirty. Really nice cabin but needed some TLC.

- Cleanliness & Towels: We are very sorry to hear the cabin, shower, and towels were not up to standard. All cabins are rigorously inspected before every arrival, but we clearly missed these details. We assure you we are addressing this immediately with our cleaning team and remind guests that we are always ready to send a crew back to the cabin if any item is overlooked.
- Hot Tub & Exterior: We have immediately addressed the cloudy hot tub and the spider webs with our maintenance crew.

5/5 Convenient location for Bryson City and Cherokee. Sadly we did not get to enjoy the hot tub as planned as it was not clean. Chemicals had been poured and smelled up to date but there were multiple spots of what looked like sand and dirt in it. We were unable to get it out with the skimmer. You may want to keep an eye on the refrigerator, it made a loud clicking noise a lot. Also, I would like to suggest a longer curtain over the glass window beside the door. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!
