  We have stayed at many properties around the holidays and was disappointed that there was no Christmas decorations or tree up. There was also a lot of things that need to be don't in this place, soap dispensers were empty, not enough towels without having to do laundry every day. There was no soap for the dishwasher, the place does need a deep clean. We found a green shirt in one of the chairs and there was a bunch of other objects in he master bedroom bed. Wish the description explained that there was a ton of stairs cause we brought people in their 70s and they couldn't go to their rooms we were thinking they were going to have so my husband and I has to give up the master. in the garage the games did not work! place was cute but needs some help!

  - We take cleanliness very seriously and often receive positive feedback in this area. We've spoken with our cleaning crew and asked them to return to the property to address your concerns and ensure everything meets our standards.
  
  - We provide 10 bath towels, 10 hand towels, 10 washcloths, and 8 hot tub towels, which has typically been sufficient for our guests. We’ll confirm that this number is being regularly provided moving forward.
  
  - We were not contacted during your stay regarding additional towels, cleaning concerns, or issues with the game consoles. If we had known, we would have been happy to assist right away.
  
  - Both gaming consoles, one in the garage and one in the basement bedroom, were checked and found to be operational. We also provide a large selection of games that many guests have enjoyed.
  
  - While our listing notes entry stairs and includes photos that show a large staircase, we understand that the multi-level layout may not have been clear. We’ll review the listing to see if we can better highlight that there are three floors with bedrooms on different levels.

  The house is lovely, the kitchen really well equipped, the location convenient to Boone and really gorgeous

  This place had everything and I mean everything you needed! They thought of everything you could need and everything was labeled. The game room will keep teens busy for hours. This is the best place I have ever stayed and would definitely recommend and be back!

  The cabin was perfect for our family getaway. It was very clean. Loved the outside decks and hot tub. We will definitely keep this on the list for future family getaways.

  Wonderful stay with a ton of amenities. We came up for the app game. The house is close to Boone, but felt secluded at the same time. Will definitely rent again!
