  • The perfect place for a milestone trip

    We came to Black Mountain to celebrate, and we got engaged during our stay in the area! This trip will stay with us for a long time, and this house was a big part of why.

    The private hot tub was our favorite part. After a day of hiking or exploring town, we'd end each evening out on the deck, soaking in the mountain air and the surrounding wilderness. The rest of the home made the stay feel effortless. The deck offers serene views and is just as good for morning coffee as for dinner outdoors.

    The location strikes a good balance. The house feels private and peaceful, yet downtown Black Mountain is only about six miles away, Lake Tomahawk Park is close for a walk, and Asheville makes for an easy day trip.

    Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a gathering with family and friends, this home is a wonderful base, and the hot tub alone is worth the booking. We would happily return.

  • Quaint mountain spot

    5/5

    This mountain house was perfect for our family. We split the week with our two sons and their families. The older son and family came Sunday through Wednesday and the younger son’s family finished the week with us. Great location, beautiful home, minutes into Black Mountain for shopping and dinner. The grandkids loved seeing the turkeys, deer and black bear with cubs The house was a perfect fit!
