Relaxing family vacation in a cozy, well-furnished, treetop home
5/5 We really enjoyed our time in this Black Mountain space! The beds were comfortable, the layout convenient for hosting multiple couples, and the space relaxing. The house is just a 5-minute drive from Black Mountain and an ~20-minute drive from downtown Asheville. The highway noise outside is not overwhelming, and completely inaudible within the house. We enjoyed the back deck for peacefully reading among the trees and the hot tub was a nice feature!
This was one of the best-furnished vacation rental homes we've been to -- it felt lived-in and "real." The furniture was all very comfortable. The owner was also very responsive when we had a question.
The ~150-yard driveway is quite steep at the end, but wasn't a problem, including to back down; with multiple cars, if driving in front-first, one would want to be careful about planning how to turn around at the bottom.
We would be happy to visit again!

5/5 Our family had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and our 2 German shephards with their 2 big beds. Lots of dishes, silverware, and cups. Enough pots, pans, and bakeware to make simple meals. All the little extras you need. Very clean and host was very responsive if there were any questions. Love the fenced yard for dogs I highly recommend this place.

5/5 Really nicely decorated, kitchen was well stocked, loved the hot tub (although the second night it took so long to get warm we gave up), lovely yard with creek sounds but could also hear some highway noise.
