3/5 Could have been cleaner, especially in the master bath. Need to make sure all remotes are present for ceiling fans and that the batteries are not corroded inside the remotes. The guest BR had no remote that we could find, so we had to use another remote and close all door so that it did not affect the other fans.

- We've followed up with our long-standing cleaning crew about the condition of the main bathroom and are hopeful this was an isolated issue.
- All ceiling fan remotes and batteries have been checked, and we've confirmed that they are present and in working order. We've also been assured that the remotes are returned to the same location after each cleaning to avoid future confusion.
