Wonderful location and cozy chalet
5/5 Our family stayed at the Skiway Chalet for our recent ski trip. We loved the location which was close to the slopes and town. We enjoyed building a fire and playing games in the large open space. The house was roomy and equipped with anything we needed. We were able to cook, make coffee, sit on the deck and watch the people skiing. The Mountain View was amazing and the host and property manager were eager to answer any messages. Would love to stay here again with my family!!

Weekend in Banner Elk
4/5 The overall stay was good. Location was great. Perhaps a bit more could be done with deep cleaning the place once in a while. My biggest downvote is for communication. I contacted the Evolve hotline and was advised to contact the Property Manager. I called / Texted and emailed the manager but was completely ghosted. The calls would go straight to VM, text messages were never responded and of course no response over email. Also, for the steep price the check in and check out times seemed a bit too constrained. 4 PM to check in and 10 AM to check out! Either or both should be reduced to allow the guests to either arriver early or leave a bit more comfortably.
No other complaints. Rest everything was great.
