Cute and convenient, but cold
3/5 This little Missoula townhouse was cute, and we'd have considered booking it often if it had been more functional. The heating system was inadequate, so we were in jackets and sweaters the whole time we were there. Even the added space heater in the living area never got the temperature above 69 degrees, and the chilly upstairs bathroom made showering less than ideal.The tub/shower combo requires a tall step-over into a deep soaking tub, which, frankly, was super slippery. Without any grab bars, it felt pretty perilous to both my spouse and me. The smart television in the living room would not connect to WiFi so three days of streaming news on our computers was the only option.Such a bummer, as it's close to our kids' home.

I wish I had heard from you during your stay, I would have been happy to help! I do think there are some things that would have made your stay much better had I known about these issues.
Regarding the heat we have a space heater downstairs and a second one in one of the closets we're glad you used the one but would have let you know about the 2nd one if you had called. I would have had an additional space heater delivered to the house if needed.
We have had very few complaints about the WiFi not working. I would have called Spectrum and had the issue resolved or troubleshoot it to see if we could get it fixed.
We have noticed that the tub/shower could be slippery there is a nonslip mat, but possibly another guest tucked it away somewhere. I will be sure this is in the shower for future guests. We are planning to install a grab bar and resurface the bottom of the tub in the near future.

5/5 This is a great compact house that has all you need for a stay in Missoula. It’s easy to get to places by car, bike or even bus. We enjoyed our stay!
