3/5 Property could be so much better w/ a little more effort in upkeep. Wasn't sure if it had been fully cleaned when we entered. Areas where shelves & doors are falling apart. Some electric outlets in kitchen have no gfi switches, and and plumbing/water/fixtures in bathrooms not up to par.
