- The garage entry is off Division Street in the rear of the house as this is a corner lot home

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Upon arrival, enter the garage using code 1804
- The home is accessible via keyless entry, which is on the door from the garage into the house. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Press the Schlage button then enter your code to unlock. To lock the door, just press the Schlage button
- Once inside, for your convenience, you will find a garage door key fob on the left-hand side of the entry door which you may put in your car during your stay
- It is recommended that you keep the door locked between the garage and the home during the entirety of your stay
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- As your time winds down at the Midtown Manor we asked that you do a few housekeeping tasks:
- Take all trash and make sure it’s put in the trash receptor in the garage
- Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher or sink. Do not start dishwasher
- Put all dirty towels in front of the washing machine. Please do not start the washer as many in the past have caused damage by overloading it
- Lock all doors back as you found them
- Put back all remotes and garage door openers
- Gather all your personal belongings and tell everyone you know what a wonderful time you had at the Midtown Manor in Springfield, Missouri. Safe travels!

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- The charcoal grill is located inside the garage and must be moved to the patio for guest use
