  Our stay began relatively well, the home was clean and well-stocked with essentials, and the fenced yard was a plus. However, there were some concerns we wanted to share for awareness. The heavy use of air fresheners and fragrance was overwhelming at first, and once it faded, there was a noticeable mildew smell. Some of the windows were also difficult to open, and the number of breakable items made it challenging to relax with young children present.The main issue occurred when you attempted to schedule routine maintenance during our stay, shortly after we had arrived from a 14-hour drive. We appreciated that this was eventually postponed after we explained the situation, but it did cause unnecessary stress.Additionally, near the end of our stay, we received a message thanking us for paying the pet deposit for our daughter’s service dogs. When we clarified that we hadn’t seen a deposit option during booking and asked how to pay through the official platform, we were instructed to use a third-party payment service. This raised security concerns, especially when further messages mentioned photos of us and that you lived across the street. This exchange felt inappropriate and uncomfortable, and communication stopped once we reiterated that we preferred to handle payment directly through the booking site.We wanted to share this feedback to help ensure smoother communication and clearer processes for future guests.

  - The air fresheners are intended to create a welcoming environment, but I understand scent preferences can vary.
  - I appreciate your comments regarding the windows and décor; I’ll review both to ensure the space remains comfortable and family-friendly.
  - Regarding the maintenance visit, I apologize for the timing and any added stress it caused. I’m glad we were able to postpone it to better accommodate your schedule.
  - We were not informed during our communication that the dogs were service animals. As noted in the listing, the property is pet-friendly with a $50 fee (+ fees & taxes), which must be arranged directly through Evolve.

  This was great for a large family. We had grandma,grandpa,mom dad and 4 children and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Highlights were fire pit, pool table, BBQ grill and large outdoor, covered seating area and children's toys.Lisa was a great hostess with donuts waiting for us when we arrived.

  Check in was easy and all instructions were very clear. The covered patio and fencened in yard were wonderful, just to hot (100) during our stay to enjoy them. We we arrived the air was off and attic fan was on, the house was hot and smelled of smoke from fireplace. We quickly fixed this and emailed the host. They responded quickly and apologized. They called the next day to check on things and offered us a late check out for the issues. Lovely property and cute decor.
