• Great location! Beautiful view.

  The location was perfect. I enjoyed the deck overlooking the water especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens were plentiful. We saw families of deer all over the property. We were pleasantly surprised that the subdivision has 7 holes of golf. We enjoyed a couple rounds of golf on the course and saw a lot of wildlife. The property manager was very responsive. Thank you for hosting us.

  Let me start with, this is a beautiful property and great location. We checked in and their was horrible pet odor throughout the whole house when we opened the door. Animal urine on curtain in carpeted upper bedroom. We ordered cleaning supplies and tried to clean floors and laundered throws ourself, but couldn't sleep well due to smell on night 1. We notified Evolve and they were great said they would send over manager and cleaners. Unfortunately, this consisted of a man walking past my sun in law and saying I don't smell dog, and walking out. Unacceptable. We have dogs, this was not normal. I emailed Evolve about the interaction and did not get a response. We tried to air out, but the windows are missing cranks and do not open, so we purchased 4 $60 purifiers for each room and by end of day it was much better. Its frustrating that mgmt was not better. We own rentals and this is not acceptable. We were there for a 3 day weekend wedding and didn't have a choice or option to move.

  Again, beautiful property and hopefully this is good feedback for Evolve and owner. If the issue was resolved I would stay again. I hate giving anyone a bad review.
