2/5 Host experience-communication prior to the trip was ignored; the hot water was minimal and caused timely issues bathing with the group of 3; the beds were uncomfortable due to extremely soft mattress pads. They need to be updated.

- Regarding communication, we reviewed all records and didn’t find any missed messages. The only inquiry received appeared to be related to payment, which is handled directly through the booking platform.
- The hot water heater is a newer unit, appropriately sized for the condo, and provides enough hot water for three guests.
- The soft mattress pads are a feature many of our guests enjoy, but we understand this comes down to personal preference. They can be removed for any guests who prefer a firmer sleeping surface.
