  Got to check in early which was great but after that communication with person in charge was awful. Pretty much no response back. The place had an awful smell to it like old fish. The mattress protector had a huge yellow stain on it. Was it pee? Dunno but repulsive. Not much great things to say when you get the cold shoulder and no response. Highly suggest not staying here

• Not Totally Pleased With Cleanliness That I Paid For

  We loved the color theme and scripture verses on bath walls and the location was great, however it was apparent that the condo had not been pre-cleaned well before we arrived. I PAID for a cleaning fee, which I assume that means clean before and the cleaning after. FLOORS: There were dead gnats in corners and cob webs in multiple places. BATH AREA: mildew rings around upper rim of commode; approx. 2 tbs of watered down hand soap in one dispenser and the other was totally empty for the bathroom sinks; minimal towels-only 4 washcloths with two of us staying, we each needed to use 1 clean washcloth a day; we had to search for bathtub stopper/plug (found it to be rusty and on floor towards wall between commode and tub); minimal toilet paper. Globes over bulbs above bath sinks not cleaned good. KITCHEN: the oven had burnt crud in the bottom which set off the smoke alarm when we cooked the first time AND the oven apparently has a heating element/sensor problem because it would not stay on to bake our food we had to keep checking and ensuring the baking lite was on; no salt and pepper but had other spices. I have pictures of the cobwebs/dead gnats and the commode mildew.

  The place is as pictured. It was a nice place. We wish the air would have worked better, it stayed around 75-78 degrees even at night, would could barely sleep from being miserably hot. There wasn’t anything to clean with, I did straighten everything back up to the way it was before we left, hopefully we don’t get charged a cleaning fee since there was nothing to clean with. Other than those two things it was a nice place, very easy to find, and quiet area.
