  This could be a nice condo but needs deep cleaning and repairs. The first thing I noticed was the air filter that hadn’t been changed in who knows how long and the vent was clogged with dust. After vacuuming it out, there was half a vacuum of dust. We asked for new filter but never got one. Every light fixture had spider webs in them. You are welcomed in the condo by many spider webs on the front porch that could have been swept off before we got there. I had to tighten the towel racks and toilet seat in the master bathroom. The pots and pans had loose handles. The curtains in dining room need extra panels. This condo needs the owners attention.

  - The air filter was replaced in mid-September, so it’s surprising to hear it appeared dirty. We’ll have our maintenance team recheck it to ensure it’s in good condition.
  - The property’s exterior is managed by the association, but we’ve contacted them to ensure the porch and entryway remain free of spider webs.
  - The towel racks, toilet seat, and cookware have been tightened or replaced as needed following a busy season.

• Had a good stay

  The condo was nice but needed a better cleaning. There was a lot of dust, the washer and dryer need to be cleaned asap and lots of spider webs right outside the door. Beds were all comfortable and we had more than enough room to sleep our family.Sunroom was too hot to sleep in but opening both doors and leaving them open and turning the fans on made it bearable and helped with air flow. We also put a fan in there as well and there were no complaints after that. We arrived a little earlier than expected and we were able to check in at that time. Host was very good at communicating with us. We had everything we needed for our stay. View was great too! Thank you.
