  Upon arrival grass was not cut and back gate was not useable. Once we entered the hone the first bedroom’s bathroom room was not clean. The trash had used sanitary napkins in it and the rug was dirty. I have pictures of both. There was no iron or ironing board. Th bed was broken in bedroom #3. I was told by Ashok Lumar the cleaning company would me by to re clean. That never happened. Very disappointing after driving from Alabama.

  We’re sorry to hear that the stay did not meet expectations. Our home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to check-in, and our cleaning team documented the condition of the property at that time. Based on those records, the home met our established cleaning standards before arrival. The lawn was already scheduled for service and was taken care of shortly after check-in. We also personally assisted with the back gate and demonstrated how to open it so the designated parking area could be accessed. Additionally, the bed in the third bedroom had not been reported as damaged prior to the stay. An iron and ironing board were also available in one of the bedroom closets. We take guest concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context regarding the condition and preparation of our home.
