  This is in a neighborhood with multiple boarded up falling apart properties. The yard is full of junk a broken basket ball hoop, yard furniture that is in very poor condition and there is a port a potty in the back of the yard. It was advertised as having window ac, but they had taken it out, and it was 86 degrees the week we were there. They did come and put them back in when we called, but they seemed to think we were being unreasonable.Inside the furniture is comfortable. The linens and furniture were clean, the kitchen was clean. The carpets were not. The bathtub has half finished edges and you shower between two shower curtains that cling to you. the ironing board is filthy. The basement is very musty. It is clear it is a work in progress, and it is not a pleasant place to stay. I would have left and gone to a hotel if I could have. It is not a pleasant place to stay unless you have no other choice.

  From the owner: "Thank you for your rating. We apologize that you were not comfortable. The lawn furniture is going to be removed. We are planning to have the carpets replaced. The air conditioners were removed because we were not expecting additional 85-degree days this late in the year. The house is still a work in progress, and we are continuing to upgrade as much as possible. Unfortunately, the neighborhood has become a work in progress due to it previously being occupied by senior residents whose families moved them out. New landlords are purchasing and upgrading the properties at this time. The portapotty will be removed."

  The place was extremely unsanitary. There was a bowl of leftover neck bones and beans left in the microwave that had started to mold. The floors were dirty, and overall, the environment didn’t feel comfortable or clean enough to relax or get any rest. I even noticed bugs inside the property. Unfortunately, I had to leave and check into a hotel instead. Honestly, the condition of this place is so poor that it shouldn’t even be open. it needs to be torn down!!
