This review is long over do. Let me start by complementing our host, Christine, for her kindness!
5/5 This was a sibling vacay. My sister (her husband) and brother (and his wife) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside House in Norwood MI (Charlevoix). The house was well cared for as it was wonderfully stocked with the essential household items and kitchen accessories.
Our trip occurred the last week of October 2024. Although a bit colder than we hoped for, we took time to enjoy the lake views from the yard, bench seating and even the three season porch - the coldness prevented us from using the wonderful patio table for outside dining.
Our bedrooms were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. I was even impressed with the items available in the garage for outdoor fun. Speaking of outdoors, the view was fantastic! We had many nights to view the sunset over the eastern Traverse Bay waters, which made our trip more memorable.
And again, I cannot thank Christine for her help in setting up our stay, including help finding places to visit, shop or eat when we didn't prepare food at the home. I/we would not hesitate to come back and enjoy working with her again.
In summary, you folks represent a wonderful home for others to enjoy and our "thank you" to the homeowners for their willingness to share this place with others.

Cottage on the lake
5/5 It was nice and peaceful, the house and grounds are in tip-top shape. My brother and I rested well. Going back in October.
Wonderful Quaint Home
5/5 We had a wonderful stay in this quaint cottage in Lake Michigan. All the toys and sunsets included. Well organized and very clean. We had a great time and hope to visit again!

Amazing view and comfy stay
5/5 This is the second time we have rented this property. We're always so pleased with how clean everything is and our host's work to make our stay the best! Christine sent us just enough texts before our arrival to ensure things went smoothly and was available by text when we had questions. The view of Lake Michigan is out almost every window. Our favorite place was the screened-in porch. Morning coffee on the master bedroom veranda overlooking the lake can't compare to being anywhere else.
