Great for connecting
5/5 We came up to ski and were lucky enough to have a lot of snow. We rented this home in the off chance the mild winter continued. Fortunately, we had the best of both worlds. 2 Families rented the home. We gave the family of 4 the upstairs 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and the other family (5) took the master on the ground floor and gave their 3 kids the bunk bed room. We were spaced out nice and could have fit another family. We separated concerned about noise traveling, but the house was well insulated and that wasn't an issue. Great game room and appreciated the 4.5 bathrooms. It meant little wait coming back worn out from the slopes. It was an honest 10 minute drive to the Shanty creek and with 2 cars, we had no problem shuttling people back and forth.
Great House!
5/5 This house was great for what we needed. We had three families (6 adults, 6 kids, 2 dogs) staying here for a ski weekend at Shanty Creek. There was plenty of room for us and it’s a short drive to the mountain. We’d stay here again!

Friends Getaway
5/5 This was a perfect home to stay with 4 couples. Plenty of room with families/large groups in mind. That large island in the kitchen was a bonus for our Saturday night dinner, ordered pizza at Shorts due to a 2hr wait to be seated at 5pm...keep that in mind Shorts Brewery fans. Owners and local management team were very helpful in the beginning of our stay and the weekend was perfect in pure northern Michigan. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Boys weekend
5/5 Nice house with lots of beds. We had 8 guys, so each one had their own bed. Nice big island in the kitchen! We spent a lot of time there. Basement was the spot to watch the games. Large TV with lots of seating.

Wonderful Up North Retreat
5/5 The house was very clean, spacious, and the perfect place for our family of 9 to unwind after the holidays. The property was exactly 'as advertised' and our check-in and stay was absolutely wonderful.
