If I could rate Chris and his Wells rental home with more stars...I would.
He resolved a pre visit problem with ease and to my satisfaction.
The home is immaculate and has everything a family wants or could need on a vacation.
Personal check-ins by Chris during my stay and post departure were appreciated.

5/5 Great house and a beautiful area with lots of good restaurants and things to do. The only downside is that the house on a busy main road so you can hear the traffic from the sunroom, and some of the backyard/hot tub. However, this didn't take away from our experience! The house is older and has great character, beautifully maintained and very clean. Chris is very communicative and made the process very easy. Would recommend !!

5/5 We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Wells, Maine! The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and packed with thoughtful amenities — the owners truly thought of every detail. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and it felt like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would 100% recommend and absolutely plan to stay again!
