5/5 Such a wonderful location. Peaceful, private yard with fire pit. Home is decorated beautifully and comfortably. Location is close to many restaurants and antique stores and beach, yet in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back. This was our 2nd stay and lots of upgrades!

5/5 Honestly, one of the best vacation we ever had. This place has an hidden charm that you can only feel once you arrive. This is a gem in this region. Everything you might need is near, about 15 minutes drive from the beach!We had a wonderful time, from the minute we arrived to the second we departed. The owners were amazing. They were so accomadating of our situation. They did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable, and that we could enjoy all of it, even after a little misadventure. Thank you so much for your flexibility and everything you did to accomodate us. We will be back next year! Take care of this cottage dear vacationers!

5/5 Well-appointed cottage on a quiet and beautiful street in Wells, on the edge of North Berwick. Easy access with all the amenities a family could want. Great outdoor area with a firepit, barbecue and outdoor shower. Would absolutely stay here again.
