  We were not actually able to stay at the property. There was foreclosure paperwork attached to the front door. We had made payment in full prior to finding this out. Broken key in the lock box and no answer at either host phone numbers. Property management has still not refunded our credit card for the cost of the stay (at 4 nights and over 1k). We ended up having to find a hotel to stay at since we didn't feel like staying at a foreclosed home was safe. Very disappointing.

  Items need to be fixed, highly advise reviewing below:* Cocktoach infestation * mildew and peeling walls that indicated water damage* Crumbs and unclean surfaces* dirty dishes due to a rusted dishwasher* opened bags of older food from other guests* scent of animal in some of the rooms and bedding* uncomfortable beds, unstable for adult weight* no kurig pods or sugar

  The house is very spacious. However, even in July, the 2 bedrooms downstairs were too cold to to sleep in at night and family had to bunk in other rooms with other people. Which is not what they signed up for. When you walk in you get the overwhelming smell of cleaner trying to mask dog pee. The grounds are not kept up. The grass was literally to our knees and the bushes outside the front door were so overgrown that theyd hit you going in or out of the house. The house wasnt cleaned very well and had spiders in nearly every room of the house and mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower. l went out and bought a swiffer and some cleaning supplies for the bathrooms. There are only 2 televisions in the entire house, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom so if youre using the rest of the rooms just know there isnt any tvs for other guests. The house isnt kept up by the management company because the lights are hanging literally by wires in the kitchen and the chandelier in the entryway has the shades falling off. The dishwasher racks were rusty. The place does have a new washer and dryer which was the best thing about our stay. However the water pressure is so bad that you cant run the washer or dishwasher and run the sink or shower at the same time. Seriously it was a trickle. Our check was at 11. However at 9 a.m. the cleaners were at the front door ready to clean trying to rush us out of the house which was really irritating. I would not stay here again.
