DC Concert Stay
3/5 As others have mentioned - the host is very responsive. We received many text messages, were spoken to through the doorbell camera, and talked in person in the driveway. It's just a personal preference, but I prefer to have a quiet stay.
The space was comfortable and clean. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no coffee cups. It is a bottom unit so some sound from upstairs can be heard.
The area is nice and convenient to get to many places. It was a big bonus to have a designated parking space.
I think it's a great place to stay long term and for extroverted people.

5/5 Property was very clean, fully furnished and had all we needed for our stay with extras included. The host was very communicative and and accommodating with any requests or questions we had. Highly reccommend

UMD CAMPUS CLOSE
4/5 The perfect location for UMD College Park. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. The host was kind and helpful. I would stay again when I visit my daughter. It was quiet for work too.
