The overall stay was slightly disappointing. The unit wasn't cleaned well and some things were broken like the blinds and door handle on the sliding glass door. TV's were all streamed no local stations, candy and gatorade bottles under the bed, hair on stove and under tables. Ocean view and pool were great. Also, spoke with some of the other owners in the building and they were very nice and helpful.

- When you contacted us about the cleanliness issues, we sent the housekeeping team back right away, and they addressed all of your concerns.
- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the blinds and broken door handle. They were damaged by the guest before you, and maintenance did not have time to take care of these issues. The issues were minor in nature and have since been replaced and repaired.
- We have never had any complaints about the TV channels; all of the units are smart TVs and fully capable of streaming from all sources.
We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. We strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests and have had numerous guests who have enjoyed the property and left 5-star reviews.
