3/5 Host did not answer calls, texts or emails so I was not able to check in until over 2 hours after I was entitled to. Very poor communication. Very disappointed with the customer service.

- To make check-in as seamless as possible, we ask guests to reach out before arrival for instructions, as noted in the listing.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and we received your message at approximately 5:40 p.m. on a busy holiday travel day. The access code was provided within the hour, by 6:40 p.m.
- We understand the delay may have been frustrating, which is why we offered compensation as a gesture of goodwill.

Girls getaway!
5/5 This was a wonderful weekend to decompress and relax with old friends! The cottage was everything we hoped for, beautiful decor and fully equipped. We’ll be back!
