  First to be clear. You’re not getting the whole house you’re getting a whole level of the house. We were on the main floor above us were short-term renters. I’ll start with the positive the house is new, relatively clean and nicely decorated.The neighborhood is sketchy at best more than one occasion neighbors fighting babies crying the whole drama shebang next-door. I had to call the management company to get instructions to get inside when we arrived they forgot to send them to me, easily remedied but standing on the front porch in the dark in a not great neighborhood being an under 100 pound female is not super ideal.The house although new was not well made we could hear the upstairs short-term renters Clear As Day… And unfortunately for us they woke up in the middle of the night to go to work! It felt like herds of elephants stampeding this woke us up every single night between two and five AM. The main floor master Also had the staircase from the upper unit to the outside against it I could hear people coming and going down the steps to get out of the house… every move that upper unit made was so loud! No one slept for the entire three days. The owners of the house were receptive to our complaints but you can’t do anything about people walking or stomping in the middle of the night it seemed to be lack of quality or insulation in the home.

  Must say it is a nice stay. Did have trouble with being able to get in with the code and to lock the door with the code. But they were always available to help with that. Call or text and they help solve the problem right then. One of the bathroom tub wasn’t the “cleanest” we did clean it to our liking but overall it was still a nice stay. Wasn’t far from anywhere. Great location. I would still recommend because their communication is awesome & the rest of the part of the home was clean!

  The house itself was nice however the location of the house was not ideal and the cleanliness of the house was unsatisfactory.

  There were an abnormal amount of flies, so bad that they in fact got into the house and our vehicle while transiting. The entire stay. Pretty sure it’s because of the condition for the neighbor houses.
