• Too many Problems on the property

  Uncleaned oven Mold in the Dishwasher took pictures Plumbing issues. So many inconveniences very frustrated with my stay it felt like constantly working to resolve issues on the property when your on vacation really the host never responds promptly too issues on board needs to be fired very poor communication had to report problems to evolve for issues to be addressed which took 2days out of my vacation time cause host neglected to report Plumbing in a timely manner once the property owner was made aware 2days later manner resolve would never stay here again only git reimbursed for 1day stay

  -While we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, our team made every effort to accommodate your needs. Despite the challenges, we aimed to deliver the best possible service under the circumstances.
  -Regarding the concern about mold, we maintain that there was no mold present, as our dishwasher is thoroughly cleaned after every checkout. Despite this, we offered several resolutions on the day of your check-in, including a full refund to find alternative accommodations, a re-cleaning at your convenience, or a credit. Unfortunately, our frequent attempts to communicate were met with delayed or no response.
  -We have since updated several policies and procedures for the property, and the maintenance and cleaning teams have been retrained. The plumbing issue, caused by the disposal of inappropriate items by previous guests, was a significant inconvenience, and we issued an apology and a credit as a result. This has prompted further updates to our policies. As such, we believe the refund for one night of your stay was a fair resolution to address the inconveniences faced.
  -The guest mentioned concerns regarding the mode of communication (text versus phone call) and a perceived lack of acknowledgment of the issues. We have revised our communication policy to address these concerns. However, it’s important to note that our team maintained consistent communication until responses from your party became infrequent or ceased. Effective issue resolution requires timely cooperation and feedback from our guests.
  -In response to the incidents reported by our neighbors about parking and smoking on their property, and the reported interactions with our maintenance team, we have reviewed the situation comprehensively. We aim to foster a respectful and comfortable environment for all guests and staff.
  -While we would welcome you back in the future, we also understand if you choose not to return to the property, and we respect that decision.
  We hope this clears up any misunderstandings, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Please know that it is our sincere desire to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.

  It was all good until I got home and realized I forgot my pj’s. I can’t find out how to get them back and the number I was given doesn’t work. HELP!!!

• Family Time Away

  Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It met all our needs perfectly. The location was so easy and quick for our daily outings. We were able to come back and recharge late afternoons and then go back out each evening to enjoy the jazz. The house was very clean and had extras such as board games. We would highly recommend this home and location for a family. Thanks!

• Excellent Vacation Home Stay

  This home was the place for a family vacation. I stayed here with my spouse, teen son and elderly parents. Everyone agreed that this house was perfect and met all expectations and needs. It was located in a very safe neighborhood. The location was easy. It was close to most of the tourist activities that we enjoyed daily. It was such a nice location that we were able to go out and a do a few activities and come back for a rest. Then we would return out later that evening to enjoy some live jazz.

  The home was clean and it offered extras such as plenty of board games. We played cards and games each night. There was a good variety of individually wrapped treats and snacks that were available which was also a nice touch. The lock on the house was easy to set and use. The expectations were easy to follow with the check out. I would stay here again the next time I visit. This house was a win.
