    Our week at Heron Bay was absolutely amazing.

    Heron Bay has absolutely the very best lake views. The entire backside of the house is all water. Want to wake up to morning sunrises ? yes! Want to see the sunset as you eat dinner on the spacious deck? Yes you can!

    Bird watchers, make sure you have your apps so you can determine what birds are making such beautiful sounds.

    Water people, there’s a brand new boat dock and stairs leading directly to water. We didn’t have a boat but enjoyed the dock with a few chairs and a book.

    There isn’t much within five minutes but we ate at one of the marinas nearby and made the 20 minute drive to Murray KY. Murray has every chain restaurant, big box stores etc. this was a great day trip.

    I like to cook and house was supplied with plenty of cookware, plates, utensils etc.

    Finally, the esthetics of the home was warm and tastefully done. It looked like home and felt like home as well.

    Heron Bay , I can’t wait to visit you again.

    Also, they have plenty of outdoor/indoor toys for guest use. Paddle boards, canoes and game boards for all

    We had such a wonderful stay at Heron Hideaway!

    Wow, that View! Even better than we expected…from every room upstairs, it was panoramic beauty! And the lake access… was easy and appears to be brand new stairs and dock.

    The home was clean, very well stocked, and I have to give props, even as new hosts it was clear they really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable!

    The location was peaceful and relaxing and easy to find. We loved the set up on main level being basically two master suites. The beds were comfortable, and everything matched the listing photos perfectly. We loved the downstairs for cozying out and watching TV! We didn’t bring our kids on this trip, but if the were there, they would have loved the sleeping arrangements downstairs!

    We especially loved the personal touches like the branded coffee mugs, the s’mores packets they left for us, and the fire pit outside with wood already stocked, such a fun and cozy bonus!

    Laura was very responsive and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We came here for a relaxing getaway and wow did we get it! I would not hesitate to recommend and we would absolutely stay here again!
