Great location, great communication with owner.
5/5 The community is very nice and inviting. The owner was very responsive and gave suggestions of things to see and do in the area. Some things could be updated regarding decorating but that isn't a big deal. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet.

Great house in a great location
5/5 House was perfect for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and cute. The coffee shop/bar down the road was awesome and we found ourselves a fun new little place to get a pick me up when we visit. Owner was responsive and gave us great suggestions for places to visit and eat during our stay. We were very satisfied and would not hesitate to stay here again. Next time we will bring our fur babies, since the home is pet friendly and the fenced in back yard would be perfect for our pets. Thank you!

5/5 Spotless well maintained property. Our stay was short but I could definitely see us returning for a longer stay.
Lexington Getaway
5/5 We (college friends in their 70's) enjoyed our stay and had everything that we needed except we are college football fans and missed some TV games on Saturday night. The house lacked cable TV or the capability to stream. It had an antenna. Any other visit this would not have been a problem. Overall it was great. We were within walking distance (about 2 miles) to Kroger Field. We loved the neighborhood and was similar to the one that I live. I recommend this place and the owner was very good with providing places to eat and other information.

Great house for large group
5/5 We had a lovely time at this very cute home. It is in a great location to get to everything you need in Lexington. We had 8 people staying and it was comfortable for everyone. Ann was super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
