    This was everything we needed. The home was basic but very comfortable. The rooms we clean and spacious enough for every guest. The downstairs bedroom that sleeps 4 was stuffy with no extra bathroom. The beds are twins with slide out mattresses, so be aware if older adults sleeping in this room. Having 1 bathroom wasn't a big deal for us, but others may not like that. The pictures are after fresh remodel and house was showing some wear which is normal. the back deck and grill area was a greasy mess. Need upgrade in this area with a good power washing. We would rent this house again, but with aging people in our party the steep hill to dock will be more difficult. The dock areas and water was so relaxing. Very quiet area which we loved and grandson loved fishing off the dock.

    The inside was clean and nice.The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed.The only downside was the deck could have been cleaned before we arrived, there was dead bugs covering the porch, tables and chairs and cigarette butts left in ash tray...We also were unaware that thar was a burn ban so no firepit....But overall the place was good...
